Orders close each month on the 15th. As a subscriber, your order will renew every month on the 15th. Orders are then mailed within the week to arrive in time for the next month. Ie: Your June 15th order will contain our July theme.
USA orders typically take 4-10 business days to arrive once shipped. International orders vary by distance and carrier. Tracking will be provided by email once your order's shipping labels are printed.
Tax amounts (if any) are based on your shipping location and vary by county and state. Our website automatically calculates sales tax when you enter a shipping location.

From there, you may skip a month, pause your boxes, or cancel your subscription. You can also access the "Subscription" option from your order confirmation email.
After your shipping label has been printed, you'll receive an email from us with tracking information. You may also obtain a tracking number by clicking “Order History” in the "My Accounts" links section. Once you sign in, you will see an order status and a tracking number.
The Beloved Pen box contains 5-7 items. Colours will change with the season. Every month you will receive a metal Beloved pen. There will be a new affirmation card and note of encouragement. You will also receive a second blank affirmation card and envelope mail to a friend. Included is a Month At A Glance chart with prompts to make the most of each month. You also find an affirmation sticker and custom post-it notepad.
